Lower Floor

The lower floor has a rec room and a "study" we'll use as Bethy's bedroom.

The study/bedroom can't be listed as a bedroom because it appears the windows might be just a bit too far off the floor to qualify as a legal bedroom egress.  (They aren't any harder to get out of than 2nd floor bedroom windows, but code is code.)

We're not finishing the exercise room at this point.  That could have great advantages if we decide we didn't do the computer access just right in the dining room/computer lab above that area.  It shouldn't be too difficult to finish if we ever change our minds about it.  Initially, we intend to put the weight equipment, the glider, and the treadmill in there.  Maybe we'll actually even use that stuff once it's easily accessible.  (Okay, maybe not.)

The storage area is just going to be shelves and boxes.  And more shelves and boxes.
