The foundation forms are gone, the plumbing drains are roughed-in,
and there is gravel on the bottom of the Huge Hole.
I got to meet three of our to-be neighbors. They all seem like
really nice people. I also got slobbered on by a to-be-neighbor
dog. Dogs do that.

Forms are off!

| From the front of the house. Things are
definitely taking shape! |
From the back of the house. I was
surprised to see the drain rough-ins already in place! |
These are the bolts that will be used to hold
the framing in place. (I'm sure there's a technical
term--I don't know it.) |

| I understand the garage area a bit
better now. It's pretty clear where the garage doors (one
double, one single) are going to be! |
I don't understand this open area in the side of
the garage but it sure looks deliberate! |
Drains are roughed-in!

The trench along side of the walls is going to
be gone soon, so Jordan wanted a picture while he could still
get it. |
Tomorrow's work is ahead...

| The bulldozer was there when we got
there. The excavator was dropped off while we were hanging
around. I suspect the equipment will be used to move the
gravel pile around tomorrow. Maybe we'll get a better sense of
how the grading will work! |
